Conference Registration for Attendees - Cancellation Policies:

A full refund, less $50.00 processing fee, will be made if written cancellation is received by Monday, July 16, 2007.
Your entire fee will be forfeited if cancellation is received on or after July 16, 2009.
Golf Tournament cancellation deadline is Monday, July 13, 2009.
