Chris Lane – President
Chris Lane is an Equity & Fixed Income Trader for Russell Investments’ Russell Implementation Services Inc. Chris is responsible for executing trades for foreign and domestic equity and fixed income securities for the Russell funds and third party client accounts.. Chris joined Russell in 2005. Prior to Russell, Chris was an auditor with Moss Adams, LLP out of Tacoma, Washington. He completed his BBA (Accounting and Finance) at Pacific Lutheran University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Washington.

Andy Frey – Vice President
Andy is an Associate in Trading and Portfolio Management with Summit Capital Management. Joining Summit in May 2008, Andy assists with research and is responsible for trading, accounting and administration for the firm’s Special Situations Fund LP and Summit World Partners Fund LP. Prior to joining Summit, Andy was a research intern with DePrince, Race, & Zollo, Inc. where he worked on the firm’s small-cap and micro-cap portfolios. Andy received his B.A. in Economics from Willamette University in 2005 and his M.B.A. with a concentration in finance and investments from the University of Notre Dame in 2008.

Trevor Frazier – Treasurer
Trevor is an equity trader for Archon Capital Management LLC. He joined Archon in 2008 as an analyst conducting fundamental research across the technology, consumer and healthcare sectors. In 2011, he transitioned into the trading role. Trevor received his B.A. in Business Administration, from the University of Washington with concentrations in Finance and Information Systems.
Chris Hackman – Secretary
Chris is currently Senior Trader, Head of Domestic Trading for Parametric Portfolio Associates. Prior to joining Parametric in 2007, Chris held various positions with Luxuryrealestate.com, including CFO and VP Director of Technology. He spent five years on the sell side with the investment bank Robertson Stephens including three years as a trader on their NASDAQ market making desk. He graduated from Santa Clara University with a B.S. in Commerce majoring in Finance.
Tyler Platte – Past President
Tyler joined Rainier Investment Management as an equity trader in 2007. He is responsible for ensuring best execution, leveraging his extensive knowledge in customizing and integrating Order Management Systems (OMS) and Execution Management Systems (EMS). Tyler’s experience began in 1996 as a portfolio accountant with Scudder Kemper Investments in Boston, MA. He continued in 1998 with Westpeak Global Advisors, Boulder, CO, where he was responsible for trading across small-, mid- and large capitalization stocks. Tyler received a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Lawrence University in Canton, NY.

Alex Frink – Board Member
Alex is a senior trader for Russell Investments. Alex is responsible for developing solutions to meet the execution needs of investment advisors, plan sponsors and broker dealers. Alex joined Russell in 2010. Prior to joining Russell, Alex spent four years as a senior vice president and director of trading for Rigel Capital LLC, an equity growth advisory firm in Seattle, Washington. Between 1996 and 2006, Alex was First Vice President for Merrill Lynch in the sales and trading group. He completed his BA (Economics) at the University of Vermont.
